Among those closely following the case is Women2Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support structures for survivors and facilitating rehabilitation for perpetrators of gender-based violence. Yaseen Joraah, a representative from Women2Women, expressed their concerns and condemnation over violent actions against women and children, particularly in the schooling environment.

Further they have called on courts to leave no stone unturned when it comes to crimes involving gender-based violence, and plea to all learners across the country to speak out against all forms of abuse.

Creating Platforms for Victims to Speak Out

Women2Women emphasizes the importance of creating platforms for victims to speak out against abuse. Often, survivors may be hesitant to report incidents due to fear of repercussions or institutional biases. By fostering an environment where victims feel heard and supported, we can encourage more survivors to come forward and seek justice without fear.
